Watoto Children's Choir Concert on Thursday
Tchaikovsky once said “Music appeals to us in beauties we find nowhere else and the appreciation of them is not transitory, but a perpetual reconcilement to life. Music is the great reconciler. It makes enemies into friends and brings us together in life and in death.”
I wholeheartedly agree with this quote and invite you to take a break from the chaotic happenings of the world and join us for a time of beauty as we host the Watoto Children’s Choir this coming Thursday, November 14 at 7 PM. Watoto Children’s Choirs have traveled extensively since 1984 sharing a message of hope—not only for Africa’s most vulnerable children and women—but for each of us all around the world. And we’re thrilled they’re coming here to perform songs off their brand-new album, “Better Days—There Is Hope” this Thursday.
You can also hear them here: https://youtu.be/B4s6n9yw5ts?si=xXOEHrJZXAsl0ixl.
Let’s take time to appreciate the beauty of their message and talent.
I hope to see you there!
