“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”
Faith often calls us to hold joy and change together, to trust God’s movement even when we are deeply rooted and content where we are. With trust, prayer, and careful discernment, I am writing to share an important transition in my life and ministry.
At the end of March, I will be concluding my role at Prince of Peace. This decision was not made lightly. After three meaningful years, I sense that God is gently and clearly moving me into a new chapter. In March, I will be moving and beginning a new professional role. I want you to know that this decision comes from a place of faith, trust, and deep consideration as I lean into the calling God has placed on my heart.
Leaving the people at Prince of Peace is the most difficult part of this transition. This congregation has become my church home and my community. I am profoundly grateful for those I have been privileged to serve and have gotten to know over the past three years, and for those who have witnessed my growth, my calling, and the unfolding of my life.
This church has lifted me up, encouraged me, and shaped me in lasting ways. I feel deeply blessed to have been part of Prince of Peace for this season and I know that this community will always hold a special place in my heart.
Thank you for your support, your faithfulness, and the many ways you have shared God’s love with me. I look forward to finishing this season well, sharing gratitude in person, and celebrating all that God continues to do in and through Prince of Peace.
With sincere thanks and blessings,
